We have a large order, can you accommodate this and how do we order it?

We do take bulk orders or certain items, and there is a bulk item discount for most things. E-mail us to discuss your needs directly at: roseygracecreations@gmail.com
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit/debit cards, paypal, and venmo. Via the website, you can use options like afterpay to split your payments. We can accept cash on a case by case basis. Cash orders would need to be paid in full before the order is started just as with other forms of payment.
Do you have a physical store?

We are base in Lebanon, PA. At this time we do not have a physical store location. We ship nationwide, and can arrange for local pickup at several central PA locations upon request.
What type of lasers do you use?

As of September 2024, we own 3 lasers. Aeon Mira 9 100w (CO2 laser) Aeon Nova 14 100w (CO2 laser) XTool F1 (IR/diode laser)
I want you to design a custom product for me, how do I do this?

You can submit a form on the main website page Email us at roseygracecreations@gmail.com Find us at a local vendor show and start the discussion We are happy to take custom orders, and oftentimes this is a process of communicating multiple times to assure we understand what it is you need or want and are providing the best products for you. We have so many options, too many to list on the website, but we are always happy to discuss ideas and items!
Can I put my tumbler in the dishwasher?

We recommend that all cups purchased through our company are handwash only to help ensure design and longevity of the product.
Do you accept returns?

All personalized/customized and digital items are non-refundable. All other items will be considered on a case by case basis if within 30days of purchase.
